He looked like he was closing up for the day, but still took the time to make us feel welcome and took care of our needs. Our technician Mike showed up 25 minutes after my initial call and he was very quick to help us regain access to our home. Not to mention it was also a weekend. First experience using a locksmith and he was very patient and forthright about answering my possibly idiotic questions. Even instructed us on how we could go about doing things ourselves. Thumbs up!
(February 16, 2021, 9:12 am)Having My Job Locksmith was the best locksmith I've ever come across, Tony knew exactly what to do with no hesitation. He's completely reliable and trustworthy in every way. He also has a sense of humor, which is great for a bad situation such as locking yourself out of your car. He also gave me a great deal on the pricing, and didn't try to scam me. I appreciate him greatly, and which there were more people like him.

He took one look and told me I could handle the job myself and directed me on what to use. He didn't try to sell me any products or services I didn't need. He also took the time, pro bono to take a look at some other security improvements on an exterior door. He probably spent at least a half an hour on his own dime. He was friendly and professional. Thanks Tony, I appreciate your time.
