Honestly I can't say enough good things about Don, He's a very genuine person who's down to earth and very knowledgeable. I won't go into details for the reason why we met with him but I learned more in just an hour than our current planner could try to explain in a lifetime. And even more so you can tell he really cares about what your family needs are and what would be in their best interest. Unlike most planners who just want to put you in a file cabinet and collect their fees as fast as they can regardless of the advice they give. You know Don will be there every step of the way looking out for you just like family. My only regert is not finding him sooner.
