Terrene at the Grove

I moved here during the pandemic, and the staff was safe and worked with me on a complicated move schedule. I was able to view multiple units and never felt pressured or rushed through the experience. Since moving I've enjoyed the grounds and vibe of the community - it's been relatively quiet and parking is only an issue for me if I come back past midnight. I love the layout and style of the unit, and the closets are huge (made one into a fort for my son). Maintenance has been super helpful and quick to assist with issues I've had. Love the park and mature trees on the grounds, super lovely in the spring and summer. Would definitely recommend living here if you need an apartment.

After moving out of state right before the pandemic started, there was a lot to deal with. Terrene made the process so easy. Our apartment is clean, updated, accessible, and so much more. Staff have always been respondent and professional, and I love the way they coordinate community-type events in a safe and thoughtful way. All throughout last year with the stay-at-home orders, all I could think was how lucky we were to have a place like Terrene to stay home at. Thanks for all you guys do!

Great place to live! A little pricey, but totally worth it. HUGE floorplans (especially the 4 bdrm), perfect location (near so many stores and i5), nice community and it's a great place to raise our kiddos. Jennifer is an INCREDIBLE manager. She is so sweet and is always on top of any issues we have ever had. We also appreciate the maintenance requests getting handle quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this place!!

Been leaving here for about 3 years now. I absolutely love it and maybe stay a little longer. Why I love living here, well. first the staff's at the office are really sweet and nice, the maintenance workers are very hard workers and I admire, respect, the extra hard work they do everyday, keeping the entire community beautiful from turning into a homeless camping ground like most properties are going . My favorite thing about living here is the Amazon Locker, and many other amenity. I would for sure recommend my friends and family to live here. beautiful landscaping and side walks streets are clear ,from garbage It's just a nice quiet place to live

When choosing an apartment to move into, Celest by far made us feel the most welcomed out of the other places we looked. By answering all of our questions and helping us every step of the way, she made us feel like we were at home and not just another renter. She made the process of our first apartment very smooth. After being here a few months, we can honestly say we feel like we have made the right decision. Along with that, the staff keeps the facilities very clean and the neighborhood is very quite.
