We have been using State Farm for several years. We love working with Kim Williams! She is very professional and so easy to work with. She goes above and beyond to ensure all our needs are met.
While I did not go with State Farm I can tell you that they are so nice and very responsive. I had to choose a different carrier until a claim comes off of my rating. I will check in with them again for sure in a few months. TOP NOTCH!!!!!!
I am beyond happy with every experience I have with Jay Puppo State Farm! In 2020, the year there was the fires in our town, our community was terrified of losing our homes. Lindy, the office manager, stayed in contact with me everyday to make sure that my family and I were taken care of. She put us in a nice hotel while we were evacuated from our home. Thank goodness, our home survived!
Recently, Jay has also been giving me financial advice. I appreciate his input and all the other services this office provides.

Having to deal with insurance is not always... ok, almost never something to look forward to, but when you have to call in and talk about your policies or a claim, you want the people at Jay Puppo's State Farm office in your corner. Tricia was cheerful and you could tell she really enjoyed helping me with my questions and issues. Everyone else in the office has been a delight to work with as well.
I have had auto coverage through this agency since I bought my first car in 2020. Being the first nice and “luxury” wheelchair accessible van that I have ever owned, I was devastated when a person backed into my passenger door after only owning the car for 2 weeks. Not only was the agent quick to respond and ready to help, but they showed compassion by asking that all who were involved, were okay. They took me step by step on what was going to happen next and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Knowing that I have the Puppo team on my side, I feel comfort and more safe while being in my car on the road.
