“We shopped here for a variety of things and were pleasantly surprised. Found some pictures and accessories, pillows and a lamp. There’s a little bit of everything. Stock is hit or miss. We found a lamp we liked but didn’t buy it that day. Decided we wanted it the next day and it was gone. None of the other stores had it and there is no online store or shelf tag. Once it’s gone it’s gone. If you see it and like it, better buy it.”

“We live this place, we've been looking for a dinner table, coffee table, TV cabinet, end table and chairs for a while now and all we could find is plasticity products especially at places like Ashley. We walked in Pier 1 last night and found everything, matching what we were looking for with the help of Bailey the Assistant Manager, the furniture was made with solid wood instead of saw dust and plastic and with a fantastic price! “Fantastic customer service!! I made an error on the purchase of a gift for my wife who has Raynaud's syndrome. Since I live in Portland, just north of the warehouse, I contacted for a quick replacement since we were leaving town for a ski trip the next day. Mike was super helpful and friendly and a refreshing down-to-earth helper in getting me squared away. So you can learn from my mistakes: 1) The battery is purchased separately for the 7.4V model, 2) The 12V model is only for motorcycle/snowmobile use and plugs into that onboard battery, so no battery is shipped with it. So if you're using this for skiing or walking around, the 7.4V + external battery is what you will need. Can't wait to try it out!”
