“I only saw one review for Dr. Franco when I looked him up and it was such a far fetched rant, I needed to add my own. Not only did Dr. Franco treat me with the utmost respect, but he was thorough, caring and kind. He kept me an extra day to be SURE my blood work was all clear before he discharged me, and that my pain was under control. He spent extra time and patience explaining each and every aspect of my illness/condition, addressing all my concerns one by one himself, even coming back to my unit to personally let me know my blood work was cleared and to make sure I had no further questions before my release. Most busy doctors in the hospital, if your tests are finally clear and negative, will just let a nurse come let you know you're being released. I also saw Dr. Bensch during my stay, and he was excellent, as were ALL of the 6 or so different nurses who cared for me. I was in a lot of pain and they were there for every little need I had. Erin was the nurse I spent the most time with and she was phenomenal, and also Mary, Lisa, and Ross were incredible to me. I wish I could thank them all personally. I'm not sure if the nurses move from unit to unit but for these nurses in unit 3D during the first week of March...THANK YOU!”
