(August 23, 2022, 4:23 pm)Last time I came by complaining that there wasn’t a person upfront to welcome us when we came in. That was awesome this time every time I came in there was someone to smile at me and take my money and check me in thank you. Sam L was my PT instructor this time and he was marvelous. he knows how to tailor the program to fit the person Because everyone is different, and he did so with me. I appreciated this very much. Everyone was friendly when I come in or leave they always said hi or goodbye. This made me feel warm and welcome. If PT is not fun it’s not going to happen.
