“I can’t say enough good things about this business. I have had a number of services performed on my vehicle here and they have met or exceed expectations every time. I recently blew a tire a half mile down the road and then found out that the lug wrench I had was faulty. I was not close to a store, and the closest person I could call to come help would have been an hour away. I called Pro Automotive on a whim to see if they would be willing to help me out with a wrench. They didn’t hesitate and sent someone immediately who helped with the tire. After the assist, I drove to the shop. I needed new tires - which they gave me a generous offer on. They are honest, altruistic, and extremely professional in my experience. “Brought in both my wife's car and then my own for oil changes after a mechanic in St. Helens recommended them. Calvin, Tyler, and Jacob were all friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. They do a great inspection of the car's fluid levels, lights, air filters, tire pressure, and I'm sure other things. Best part is they actually show you what they are finding so you can make an informed decision if you want to add a service. No pushy salesmanship, just honesty. Very pleasant and relaxing experience which will make getting an oil change that much easier in the future. Another great perk is the free car wash with every oil change and it can be redeemed at a different date and time of your convenience. We are happy we have Express Lube & Car Wash in Scappoose.”
