    Neat little museum with logging and pioneer items. You can learn about the old mill and then go to the lake to see some of the ruins.

    Packed full of history from the area. Knowledgeable and friendly host. The grandkids loved exploring and got a kick out of the fact that some items from grandma's childhood were now in a museum.

    Cute little museum about the history of Vernonia. Cost is free but donations are appreciated. The lady working the day I was there was exceptionally helpful

    My daughter (age 10) and I arrived just after they closed last weekend and the kind volunteer (I forgot her name) opened the doors and let us wander around and pepper her with questions for a solid 45 minutes. Very interesting collection of historical items. Old chainsaws, record players, rocks, photos, dolls, and the list goes on and on. So glad we were able to spend some time there.

    Absolutely love and recommend the Vernonia Pioneer Museum has so much Rich history on Vernonia logging town the people there are very informative and helpful all you got to do is ask is so many awesome things in the museum that shows the history and how the town of Vernonia began definitely recommend this place for families kids will be fascinated
