As always- Bob and his team are fantastic. Bob himself, stayed late- personally working on my vehicle to ensure it was done for me. Mechanics get a bad rap- but this place is top notch. Have never felt like we were we were charged for anything unnecessary or over charged-- Just great work at a fair price. Highly recommend

Your service was excellent, as usual. There was once a problem with the engine quitting. Your technician tried to find the cause, but it was not happening so he could not find it. Then there was a noise in the back of the car. Your technician determined it was the exhaust pipe.
Your office manager at the time said it was not a safety issue. So everything was taken care of.
Also thank you for letting me bring my car in on one day's notice. That allowed me to go to work the next day. Also, your office manager did not charge me any money for this service. He said "we didn't fix anything." This is the usual generosity of 808.
There are more problems in my car, and I will plan to make a service appointment in the future. Thank you all.

My warranty company sent me to them. Bob was patient with my warranty company. Kept me up to date on my car and I picked it up and everything was awesome. My car has ac new battery and oil change. Driving a BMW is great but finding a mechanic who is easy to deal with and works on them amazing. Thank you 808.

This was my first experience with 808 Automotive and certainly will not be my last.
Mice had made a home behind my dashboard. I had contacted several auto repair shops. Bob was the only one willing to tackle such a daunting task.
During that time I also asked that they check out a strange noise I was hearing. They diagnosed and repaired that problem as well.
Their knowledge, professionalism and kindness says so much about the work they do.
Their willingness to dig beyond the surface to solve an issue, speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers.
