This location under the city water tower is not The Academy-International Studies. It is the Southern Pacific steam locomotive number 1785, which by coincidence happens to be the street number of the Academy-International Studies which is about a mile north on Front Street. I’ve moved the pin location to what I’d guess is the correct actual location for the Academy. I laughed when looking at the street view as it shows the tree that blocks the view of SP 1785.
Good school for those who come without knowing much English.
