They keep me informed on the service-I feel extremely lucky to have such service from their long time employees. Based on my experience, my daughter recently purchased a vehicle at Hillyer's-I know she will continue to get the excellent treatment I've enjoyed for many years. I would highly recommend to anyone.
(May 30, 2023, 1:50 pm)Alex, John & everyone that works at the service department are awesome. I’ve probably been here a good 20 times in the last 2 years. I have a fleet vehicle so I get oil changes like every month or so (I drive a lot). Sometimes the truck acts up or needs a headlight replaced before a work trip on a Monday when they’re extremely busy and they always get me right. If I ever buy a personal vehicle I’d definitely consider this dealership and all the positive visits I’ve had with them.

I took my Son's Expedition and my F150 for a service.
Abner and Alex (Service Advisor) were able to take care of us; they put the Expedition on the Lift and showed me the problems with the Transmission Oil pan was leaking and need it the service for the High Mileage. It's really important that they were able to proof to me that they don't wanted other than providing a good service without over charging me for service not necessary.
Also was able to get a dealers car to drive home since they knew would it take most of the day to get it done right, Free of Charge!!

Their service department does a wonderful job doing oil changes or other maintenance. They get done in the time they say they will and keep you updated on the progress of your repairs or maintenance work I highly recommend this business!
