Trapala Restaurant LLC

Met two of the four brothers that own this place years ago when they worked at Salishan lodge on the Oregon coast. They know how to deliver excellent service and they have created a menu with a wide assortment of food. The food is always great. Atmosphere is not that great but who cares when the food and service is so good.

I like eating asada plate in bar owner seems cool! The only complaint is one that I would make to ever downtown Woodburn business or restaurant and that is that the sidewalks and Alleys nearby are dirty with gum and grease! I don’t know why but all the downtown business seem to neglect there outside areas! I see that these guys are putting in a new fence and porch so maybe they’ll end up being the one place downtown that cleans the sidewalks! I’m hoping they do because it’s hard to find a decent asada steak in Woodburn these days! Cabo’s was good but the last couple of times there was no service and that really only leaves Trapala as Luis’s has steadily gone down hill for years!

Homemade corn tortillas and excellent enchiladas suiza! Very friendly staff. Our food didn't come out within minutes as it does in a lot of places. Instead they use that time to actually make your order. Yes, make. New favorite spot!

We have always received VIP treatment from the owner and staff here. The service is good, the food is always hot, tasty & plentiful. Traditional Mexican food with a coastal flare.
