(July 15, 2022, 4:22 am)Wow, this is the best Post Office I've been to in my 70 years. Friendly staff and usually short lines. We've had our PO Box here for decades. Recently had a problem with our PO Box. Jasmine went above and beyond to help us. It's so refreshing these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Every time we've needed assistance it has been a wonderful experience. Thank you Jasmine and the Wood Village Post Office.

(December 14, 2021, 5:37 pm)I like the service of the waitresses who are always very friendly and with a very good attitude, wow, but the food is delicious until the tacos taste like glory. If I recommend eating at that restaurant in my opinion it is the best in all of Nashville.

(April 30, 2021, 9:29 pm)I must say this has got to be not only the nicest but one of the friendliest locations I've been to. I was lucky to show up to nobody in line so my visit was super quick but the clerk was genuinely very friendly and polite! I walked out of there smiling!
Not only that but it wasn't the standard drab post office, I almost mistook it for a retail location, and I liked that about it. Good job on this one USPS
