I recently applied for an auto loan through Unitus. My experience was nothing but wonderful. Omar, from the loan processing department, was very helpful. Worked with me in explaining every step and doing so answered many questions I didn't even know I should be asking about. Hopefully I don't have to go through the process of an auto loan again any time soon, but I will be checking Unitus first for my options on loans in the future.
I didn't spend much time with the instore branch but they were very helpful and straight forward any taking me through the in person steps.
I've been a long time member and it is nice to be reminded why I changed to Unitus 10+ years ago.

We have been long time Unitus customers and have been very happy with all services. We recently used Unitus for our home loan. We shopped around and Unitus by far had the best rate. Working with Tim Burke was enjoyable, he was very responsive, knowledgeable, and we knew everything was getting done on time.

I've been a member of Unitus for over 10 years. I've had noting but excellent service for all transactions. Recently, I refinanced our home with Michelle, refinanced our car with the Gresham branch and opened an estate account at the Gresham Branch. All interactions were efficient, friendly, and completed in a timely manner.

All employees at the Gresham branch have smiles on their faces and are ready to help (even the security guard!).

Consider me a very satisfied customer of Unitus CCU and the Gresham branch in particular. My partner and I have been Unitus members since we got engaged in 2012 and we've always been very happy with their service.

When the Gresham branch opened we were pleased to see that they keep it stocked with coffee and tea and they have a pleasant waiting area. The member representatives are always friendly and they've gone above and beyond several times to help me in particular sort out banking situations well above their pay grade, even calling their technical support line on my behalf.

We just had another stellar experience refinancing our house into a 15 year fixed mortgage with their resident broker Tim Burke. Tim is amazingly kind and friendly and very efficient at what he does. He shunted us into the no-appraisal-needed program as soon as he pulled our credit reports, saving us the $800 appraisal fee. Our refinance from start to finish took just a few weeks.

The title company Tim works with was able to find a notary to meet us after hours since my partner and I work long days and couldn't make arrangements to be at their branch during their business hours. Everyone we've worked with (all of whom Tim orchestrated) made our refinance a painless and pleasant experience.

Thanks to this branch for being in our neighborhood. You have two extremely pleased members in us.
