BenchMark Physical Therapy

The staff here are fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. I had a back/hip injury that had made walking and jogging difficult and painful, and I'd almost given up hope that I'd get back to normal. I worked mostly with Hayden, who was very supportive and encouraging. He made sure that I was kept challenged, but he also listened and dialed back the intensity if an exercise was too difficult or painful for the moment. The rest of the staff seemed very friendly and welcoming, as well. After a few months of therapy and targeted exercises, I am able to go out on pain-free runs and hikes again for the first time in a year! I highly recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy. Adrienne was fantastic the whole time I was there. I came in with back pain that was preventing day to day activities and interrupting sleep. She was the perfect combination of supportive and challenging, and I feel 100% better.

Love the staff at Benchmark Physical Therapy! I came in barely able to do pretty much the simplest tasks and within a few months they had me moving around and feeling much better! Thank you for giving me my quality of life back! You guys are awesome!

Benchmark PT is a great place to go if you are looking for PT services.
They are professional, welcoming, efficient, and exceptionally knowledgeable.
Adrienne was my PT who specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is absolutely outstanding.
After an in depth assessment, she put me on an individualized program that fit my pelvic floor needs. I worked with her and applied what she suggested, and the results have been life changing.
If anyone is seeking help in pelvic floor PT, for whatever reason, I highly suggest you give benchmark PT a call.
