Good overall experience. I brought my car in for a pre-sale diagnosis. My only gripe was having to pay for a battery to be installed so they could diagnose it. They didn't have batteries in the shop they could use temporarily. Otherwise, the service and communication was good.

I can't say to much. Since I only got a oil change for my company truck and I didn't pay, company did. They reset my TPMS, oil change and reset, rotate tires. They where nice and friendly. Pointed out stuff I knew was wrong. But nice that they cought it.

I needed to get a new clutch ASAP and everyone was booked out a week+ but when I called Honest-1 in gresham they told me to bring it in that afternoon, fixed it the next day and did an oil change ! I was able to get my car back 2 days later in great conditions and with the VIP card making it the best deal financially. Each person I interacted with was very professional and courteous. They did not try to sell me anything or make me feel like they were taking advantage. I GREATLY recommend them and will be going to them for ALL my car needs- THANK YOU!!!

Came to them for a clutch replacement on my 99 crv and they did just that and only that, no looking around trying to sell me another service or repair. Picked my car up after and drove home! Now my clutch has been broken in and engages smooth. Thanks!
