I got into my appointment on time; all the staff was great. Nicole clearly knows what she's doing. Everything was clearly explained. She gave me the information I needed and I already have my hearing aids. Good experience. and I highly recommend her and the whole Oregon Clinic.
The staff were very prompt, friendly and thorough.Nicole was extremely pleasant to deal with and despite having limited knowledge of my situation, was able to ask the right questions to elicit the needed information.
