Staff give a warm greeting, then let you shop, but not in an avoidance manner, more like "we respect your privacy". Employees give simple, honest advice without asking snobby questions that make you feel inadequate (like other yarn stores I've been to in pdx). Great stuff for any budget, especially those who are trying to expand their hobby without going crazy on their budget.
