He has always gone above and beyond to make sure we get discounts, that our cell phone plan works for us, and we always leave really happy with the customer service. Donovan has even helped fix a few technical issues with our iPhones and iPads a couple times. If it weren’t for his kindness and expertise, we probably would’ve lost our minds a little bit trying to fix those issues on our own. Thanks Donovan!
