Had to exchange a phone and the manager (Jesselyn I think) and Josiah were extremely helpful and made the process effortless. They provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this store to others.

Took a shot after reading the last review by Brian and was not dissappointed. The management might have changed in the last couple years as the manager is no longer male. Jesselyn and her team took care of my familys need with exceptional timelyness and was able to order a phone for my brother that was not even available in state. Beyond that they identified that i own a local business and helped set me up with an additional discount which has saved us hundereds of dollars within the first day of sign up!
