Laurs Kemp is one of the most innovative designers working in Portland these days. Her pieces are always playful and avant-garde, and she is a delightful human. Her shop is full of her designs, plus re-worked vintage, plus straight up vintage including shoes and homewares. Definitely visit if you want to see the cutting edge of Portland fashion!
