Training with Carrie has been instrumental to keeping me active and helping improve my movement patterns. She always has new exercises for me and keeps it fun and engaging! I highly recommend her!
Carrie is very personable and knowledgeable. She is an expert at teaching her clients how to move their bodies with the least amount of stress on their joints, and teaches them proper body alignment and balance,
I have very bad knee joints (bone-on-bone), and Carrie has taught me how to sit, stand, and walk in the optimum way to protect my knees.
She is also expert in evaluating the fitness level of her clients to work with them on strength training, always mindful of their joints and their physical condition.
For example, I tripped over a curb recently, and due to Carrie’s training, I was able to catch my balance within a few strides instead of falling.
I highly recommend Carrie’s services for all ages (I am 77) and all levels of fitness.
I love my sessions with Carrie! Every week she creates new fitness challenges for me and, as a result, I am stronger, more flexible, have much better balance, and am more aware of how my body functions.
