I ordered a humidifier online and this store at 3 NE 82nd Ave received the “same day delivery” order. When it arrived, there was a key part missing, and we were not able to use it without that piece. I called the manager of the store and he checked to see if they had another one. Luckily, they did. He told us that we could bring the first humidifier back to the store, and he would exchange it with a new one. The problem was that we were all very, very sick with COVID, and no one was able to drive to the store. I asked him if there was anyone at the store who could bring us the new humidifier. We really needed it for the COVID symptoms. To my surprise (and delight), he said he would bring it himself. 15 minutes later, he arrived and exchanged the humidifier using a contact-free method. I cannot thank this manager enough (sorry, but I didn’t get his name). He provided top-notch customer service when it was really needed. He was also very, very kind. He is a hero to our family. I would HIGHLY recommend this store for all of your needs.
