(June 5, 2020, 11:04 pm)This is one of my favorite places to get a burrito in Portland. I have never once been disappointed by any of the food I've gotten at this place. The staff are very friendly the food is good and the prices are also just right.

-Locally owned.
-Small menu of mainly Americanized Mexican dishes.
-Nachos with salsa are free
-There are a few unique menu items. The lamb burrito is a standout. Basically it's like a gyro wrapped as a burrito with Mexican seasoning.
-Menudo is available for those seeking more traditional Mexican fare.
-No-frills decor with ample seating. You order at the counter and pay after eating, but there is table service.
-Friendly staff and prompt service.
-A few healthier options, such as grilled fish tacos/burritos, are quite good.
-Both their homemade hot sauces are worth trying. -
