They've always been accommodating about shipping to my location in California and recommending the latest products in the Shiseido line that'd be suitable for my skin type! Most recently, the package I ordered with a few hundred dollars' worth of Shiseido skincare never made it to me -- I was devastated at the prospect of losing all of those products (not to mention my $$). The shrimp particularly large and not overcooked. A good sign was that the other patrons were all families, a good sign in my opinion. A good find.”
