Paid 136 for an alignment on my 2022 BMW X3M40I, BMW wanted to charge me 300 if I purchased tires, 600 without . Service was less than 2 hours. Thanks Craig!

I started going to Hartmann Motors a few years ago after a glowing recommendation from a friend, who had been having terrible experiences with other shops to get a problem solved. When you own an aging European car, you tend to have a love/hate relationship with a lot of shops over the years..... But my experiences with Hartmann have been nothing short of wonderful. Even when I needed to coordinate work to be done when I was half way around the world, Craig was great to communicate with to help me get everything done. I also had a fault in my system that had an active recall/warranty on, and they recommended I go have it fixed elsewhere under the recall. That's what I want out of a repair shop; I want them to be on my team to help me keep my vehicle safely on the road.
Now it's the only place I will take my Mercedes, because I trust they will be honest and upfront with what work actually is needed.
