(August 17, 2019, 2:22 am)Small little garden I inside the rose test garden. It was cute, small and nice, but just didn't compare to the rose garden in bloom. Very tranquil, but couldn't used a fountain or water feature.

Love that people can actually walk around the roses and learn about them.
Great way to spend the day and there is also a high place in the park to view Portland from above.
