Extremely happy with their service. I ordered and received tires that were the incorrect size as a result of a manufacturing issue. They resent me the correct size with free shipping as well a a label for a free return for the bad tires. I spoke to several of the sales folks over the phone and they were polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Ordered something online and had a small issue where a part was missing from what I ordered. They worked with the manufacturer to promptly get me a replacement thus skipping the need for a return and with minimal work on my end. Really great customer service and response times. Will come back for other bike stuff I need.

Good/ great prices and always good customer service. I used to go to their Tigard and NW Portland location and pick up ordered items or use their bike shop services. Unfortunately they closed down both locations, but I'm still a loyal customer of theirs. Due to covid the store is closed but has curbside pickup. This is only a retail location. No bicycle service is done here.
