  Fantastic service start to finish. I’d recommend them to everyone who needs body work done to their car. Super transparent about time, cost, and everything else associated with the repair, plus they had my rental car set up the day I dropped off my car. Not a bad thing to say. Chulki and the wonderful office team made this a great experience.

  My Tesla looks amazing, like new. I am beyond impressed with how this business is run - meticulous, professional, courteous. Everyone I interacted with just knew their stuff inside and out and I so very much appreciated their expertise and efficiency.

  Can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m a repeat customer. They’re ethical, and do great work. Brought my old CR-V in to get an estimate on repair to some water seal trim - they gave me the “real world” estimate to replace the trim, then did a *complimentary fix* that will do the job without replacement. They’re awesome!

  I suffered damages to my car due to another party’s fault and Carstar was on the preferred list of shops with the liable party’s insurance. The quality of the work is great—I appreciate the care they took to repair my vehicle properly. My vehicle only had 10k miles on it, and they went to great lengths to make sure I got it back in the near-new state it was in prior to the damage. The staff was always super nice and responsive when I called.
  
  The only constructive criticism I would offer is that I would have liked to see more proactive communication from them. There were several unforeseen delays in the work (parts did not arrive as expected, etc) and they never reached out to me to give me an update. I had to resort to calling them every day to get status, and most times all they could tell me was “well, we are still waiting on parts”. I am a professional project manager, and that would never fly in my industry. There is no reasonable scenario where a project/repair has an infinite timeline. The insurance company didn’t pay for my rental directly, so I was saddled with a bill and reimbursement process that didn’t provide the luxury of a weeks long timeline.
  
  It would have been great to receive the daily call with an update rather than to have to take that on myself.
  
  Overall, I’m happy with the work and the staff was great.
