“I just wanted to get word to the manager of the Barbur Blvd Kaady car wash that their employees do a fantastic job. They’re always pleasant and hussle as if the business is their own. The line of cars was out to the street and the employees were literally running to make everything go smoothly. Very impressive. (I was there 9/8/2021 at 2:45 if that of any value to you.)”

“Review Modified, read full review: Original review: "I am grateful for what he did however he did not complete the full detail. I compensated him fairly but the job was not complete. Doug if your reading this feel free to reach out to make it right. detailed the car half way.(pictures of detail attached) I gave him a rather hard job. He had to remove a fishsmell. He was able to remove about half of the smell. However I'm not dinging him on not removing the smell since this job is too hard and he said I under prepared him. However after I kept finding areas that where not cleaned and after two other detailers looked at the car they also confirmed he did not complete the detail." Critical review reversed: I have reversed my decision based on Dougs reply on 5/15/2020, its true I did request more for less. I think maybe I was just a little too critical initially, I was a little angry that other detailers said the job was incomplete. I waited to leave a review because I felt annoyed and didnt want to leave a bad review I felt it would be more fair to digest and think it through longer. Communication: However I never mentioned to those other detailers the exact conversations me and Doug had. So of course they may have judged that fact the car had a few missed spots more harshly, they couldnt have seen everything he did or how he did it. I would say yes there where missed spots but doug did add extra services so it wasn't a loss to me I did get services I think I am just hard to please and fixated on the few spots when the total services rendered where decent. I think its better to not find excessive fault here because everyones intentions are clearly good here. I would like to see more clear definitions as to what can be done next time in the form of a work order created before the job and a clearly defined receipt with before and after pictures. I know this depends some what on me but I wish somehow it was more clear. I wish there where more official documents so in case someone does forget what services where rendered it could be easy to just look at a work order with a receipt attached to it. Hell even recording the conversations could be useful if there is a disagreement. Not saying you should go to that extreme but if a work order is created with clearly defined boundaries about what will and will not be done and then have both parties sign before the work is done this would prevent my headache. But of course you know how it is, my head ache is my head ache so its better I rather not fault find and complain but instead just wipe my nose and move on. Other things to consider: When I looked for a detailer I wanted to give someone who was new to the industry a shot. But It turned out I wasn't as tolerant of error as I should have been Dougs reply made sense and after thinking it through I think hes right. Take care Doug, Serge S”
