Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Plus

My iPhone froze and I was stuck. I went to Cellular Plus and Zane was able to get my phone working. But yet, he found a much better deal for me and it included the new iPhone 12. My bill is going to be smaller and I have a great new iPhone.

Kaylee was excellent! Super nice and helpful! Solved my phone issues for me! Offered to help in the future with anything that comes up. Went above and beyond offering resources for phone repair and also told me about current specials if I wanted to upgrade.

I would recommend this store to anyone. They have always been friendly and have had great customer. I recently went in and had a question about the phone I had at that time and I knew I was was due for a new phone soon. When I went in I was helped by Zane. I told him what I would like for a phone and what I really use my phone for. And he set me up with a perfect phone. Love it !! So Thank you Zane for listening to me and Thank you for great service. Everyone has always been very family oriented at this location. Thank you !!!!!
