So glad I founds Tims BBQ. The salmon was really along with brisket. Delivered on time and everyone kept asking who catered. Thank you for the amazing food and being on time.
Local shop ran by community members. One of the owners always comes in early because i have to leave for work so early. Tim is great at catering and all his food is homemade. Absolutely worth the trip for coffee or gyros. Many other greek dishes and american sandwiches on the menu.
My husband and I did a tasting with Tim to cater our wedding - the food was absolutely incredible and we chose them to cater. The food did not disappoint at the wedding! We chose to roast a pig and offer our guests many of the wonderful foods that Tim cooks. Thank you so much, Tim and your wife, for working with us, being reliable and for your most amazing food! I absolutely recommend Tim's BBQ for any occasion!
Tim and Eugenia catered my wedding in August of 2021. We wanted a pig roast and boy, did we pick the right people! From start to finish, they were a delight to work with. We visited their Troutdale location for a tasting earlier that year. We sampled, and planned and agreed on a price and menu. They came out the night before the event to prep all the food and set up. They roasted two pigs for our backyard reception. All the sides were delicious including spanakopita, Greek meatballs, dolmas, pita and hummus, pasta salad, veggie and fruit platters. We feasted the entire night and our guests raved about how good everything was. They were responsive and professional throughout the planning process, 10/10 would recommend Tim’s Greek BBQ!
I can't say enough of how delicious the pig roast was at our wedding. Every time I looked over at his smoker someone was taking pictures of the spinning pig!! Tim was amazing!! He was very open on our menu plans. He was super low maintenance. He was set up at the venue before we got there. Tim took care of everything on his end. He got smoked meatballs out for the guests before hand which were a big hit. The food came out hot and right on time. I think each of our 120 guest personally came up to me to tell me how much they enjoyed dinner. If you want a great meal and the ambiance of the whole pig on the smoker, I suggest you give Tim a call!!
