I renewed my passport here a few years ago and the entire process was truly painless.

Wonderful service @ the Dutch consulat ! I lost my passport and received a new passport within one week.
The consular officer Angela W. went out of her way to assist me in getting my new passport on time.

Very nice and considerate people they are!

I had an appointment with italian consulate, as our trip was to both Italy and Netherlands, the Italians were very rude and they made a girl cry because she missed some documents.

Anyways, they told me that I should get a Visa from Netherland because my stay was a couple of hours more there, however, my first destination was Italy.

I emailed the consulate and explained my situation and they set me an urgent appointment, and resolved my problem.
