“This is my 1st JetBlue flight and it's been exceptional, thanks to the gate agent Brett, and I haven't even taken off yet. It's also my first visit to Boston and I told Brett this and requested a window seat (so I can see the city when we are landing), he made it possible. The legroom is incredible, super clean, the flight attendants seem alert and super nice. I also like their outfits. I'm very much looking forward to this flight.
