Crunch Fitness - Aloha

I've been a member of this Gym since Spring 2022 and had been hiring Derek as a trainer 3 days a week since that time. I've lost 30 lbs, bulked up, and have been able to sleep better and feel stronger working with him. The great thing about Derek is he really listens to your needs and doesn't just give you a cookie cutter routine. He understands how the body functions if there is pain, listens to you when something hurts and readjusts the workout routine, and is one of the most friendly and approach le people at the gym. He doesn't bring his personal drama from home to his sessions, hardly ever misses a session, and treats all his clients with the utmost respect whatever their personal journey is fitness-wise.

I am proud to have had him as a trainer and now a good friend and I hope this review gets to the right people to show others the gratitude I have for him in what he has done for me.

Much better than 24 and Planet Fitness, but they never greet us when we walk in or leave. It's a little strange to me, but not the end of the world. Pretty clean and the machine selection is good enough for me.

Been going for a couple months now with a friend, and we really like this gym! All the employees/trainers are super sweet and helpful, and the environment feels very welcoming. The inside is not as big as other commercial gyms I think, so it can definitely get busy during peak hours. There's always something you can do if your workout is flexible though. They've also improved on the music volume, I remember it was really loud in the aerobics(?) room in the beginning but it definitely got a lot better! Overall, a very great place for a casual gym-goer!
