I dislocated my hip, artificial hip, Saturday, September 24, 2022. I called for an ambulance on Sunday morning. The ambulances were all on calls so the fantastic firemen, from the Blanton Station in Aloha, came to help me!!! They were amazing! They helped me to my daughter's car so that she could take me to the hospital. I have been very fortunate so far in my 81 years but the gentle firemen from the Blanton Station were amazing to me and my daughter. Can't say more then a big shout out to the crew that helped me on the morning of September 25, 2022! I am home now and feeling good. Horrible way to learn that the instructions given to me after my hip replacement, do not cross your legs for the rest of your life, were so correct!!! I am rambling so I hope this thank you note gets to the Sunday crew that helped me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your kindness! Stay safe! Thanks for being there! Betty J. Farris
