Banks Hardware

We live around the corner and come here often for any household project. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. My husband and his family only goes here for Steele chainsaw and equipment repair, they do the best job and are quick. We went to Ace Hardware one time for chainsaw repair and they were slow and didn't fix it well. 5 stars!! Love supporting a local business too.

I came in thinking I needed a new chain for my chainsaw. They could have sold me one but instead asked what was wrong with the old one. I told them the problem and the clerk told me how to fix it myself. That is beyond customer service because technically I wasn't one. The repair worked just like they said it would.

What a nice lil store. It's definitely bigger than it looks. The staff are super friendly. Small Town feel, with big store supply. Got some stove pipe recently, they were very helpful and didn't have any problem exchanging when I chose the wrong parts. Nice not to have to drive all the way to Hillsboro for a few things. Will definitely return.

Best place for stihl products. Massive selection of everywhere from homeowner to pro products. Knowledgeable staff as well.

Call before being in a non branded chainsaw for repair! They don't service poulan for some reason. But helpful mechanic explained how to and that was nice. Everyone there is nice.
