  I found Troutman Law Firm 16 years ago when I needed legal help. I met Ted Troutman at that time and he immediately made me feel at ease and was so kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step we would take on my legal journey. That was a time that was so stressful and he made it so much better. 16 years later I made the choice to do a chapter 7 due to a divorce and mounting bills and was unsure of which road I should take. So I called the one person who I trusted from 16 years ago who made such an impact on me. Ted Troutman. He and his Paralegal Lisette Barajas made what I thought would be a scary journey into something so positive. They made this so easy and were so encouraging.   My husband and I found ourselves needing to file for bankruptcy after loosing our home in foreclosure. Ted Troutman and his staff were so kind in taking the time to talk us through the whole procedure. They were available anytime we needed them with our many questions. Ted went with us to court and we felt so comfortable that we were in qualified hands. He worked with us to get a payment plan that we could realistically live with. It went so smoothly and our plan was excepted. I know they will be there for us throughout the duration of our bankruptcy payoff.   The law office of Muir-Troutman is wonderful. We were rather embarrassed having to consider bankruptcy, but the legal team here is effective, thorough, and not at all judgmental. Beyond the initial consultation with Ted Troutman, the majority of our communications are with legal assistant Alyssa Nelson. Alyssa is phenomenal! She is on the ball about everything. She is extremely thorough, very quick to respond to questions & concerns, and she is to the point while still being compassionate and empathetic. This a great law firm that gets the job done.
