Earlier I posted a one star review that was due to a scheduling miscommunication. The error was all on me and the follow-up was outstanding as well as professional from Kyle. There are three areas to think about when purchasing high quality AV equipment: Selection of hardware which is correct for your particular home, installation, and subsequent service and support. Chelsea AV excels in all three areas. When I call them I talk to the same people that I talked to 20 years earlier. They know me, they know my home, and they know exactly how all my equipment is configured. I couldn't be happier with them.
