With added maintenance repairs identified and complicated coordination with insurance, BMW staff made sure to minimize stress and reduce unnecessary involvement on my end. Kory took care to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the planned repairs and reassured me throughout the process! Amazing experience.
(November 3, 2020, 3:50 pm)As a woman visiting a car dealership in her late 20's, I was prepared to be treated much differently than I was due to a male-dominated industry. Instead, Matt was kind. He was accommodating. He made getting into my car feel easy, relaxed, and pressure-free. He negotiated with me and heard me out. I knew I wanted to go with Kuni, but I didn't think that by walking onto the lot that day, I would have such a great experience. Thankful for Matt and the Kuni team for making my day MAGICAL!
(July 26, 2020, 8:46 pm)Knew what I wanted, Andra made it so easy. I completed the application on-line, arrived at Kuni for a quick test drive of the Z4. Loved it! Finalized paperwork. Met with Adam for a quick run down, then I was off...Entire process took about 2 hours! Any more time that that is just draining. Overall experience was at 10! Andra is fabulous!
(July 25, 2020, 3:23 pm)I had a great experience. I recently purchased a used BMW X5 Diesel from a private seller. We decided to take it to the dealer for a multipoint inspection, get set up for regular service, among some other requests. Customer service over the phone was friendly and very helpful. We got set up with a appointment the very next day and received excellent customer service at time of appointment. Everyone went over everything very clearly, never pushed any service, and finished everything in a timely manner. I mostly dealt with service manager Dan Daily who was very professional. Service was even cheaper than quote from BMW Portland.
(June 8, 2020, 11:54 pm)Audra and the technicians at Kuni BMW are very professional. The service and the work done on my Z4 was excellent. I really appreciate their honest and fast responses to questions and specially getting the job done as fast as possible. Definitely the best BMW service department en Portland area. I will share my experience with family and friends that own BMW cars.
I just want to mention and say thank you for the videos updates, they are awesome and really shows the good work you guys do.
