I was so worried and scared when I had a thyroid nodule that was very large and my radiologist in Bend told me that it was more than likely cancerous...and to get it taken out. I went to Dr. Senashova with tears in my eyes, so concerned. She was not only so caring and sensitive with me, but my son who is in medicine was there and she was so engaging with him and letting him watch while she was describing the FNA and just was so so so nice and so knowledgeable with my diagnosis and continued follow up with her. “Let's face it. Going to the dentist as an adult is not fun. There are no toys in the lobby or TVs playing in the rooms of our favorite Disney movies. We get to recline. That's our treat. But we get the best of what can be offered at Cooper Mountain Dental. The staff is extremely nice. Everyone who I've dealt with is professional, caring and calm. That's the perfect mixture for a dentist office. I don't need high, in your face energy. I want to be relaxed as possible and the aura of the place definitely offers that. The dental hygienists as well as the dentists are very easy to talk to. They are very clear when discussing the procedures and their suggestions. They don't even try to upsell or offer you anything you're not there for to begin with. They tell it to you straight. I can appreciate that. There are many dentist offices you can go tin our area, but not all have been rated and vetted for you as Cooper Mountain Dental has. Read the reviews. You don't have to look any further.”
