After shopping all around for a good agent I found Terri Powell. Like most people I read the reviews and found that Brianna in the below one star review only gives one star reviews to everyone... (follow her link), and must work for a competitor. That being found I went with Terri on my Home RV Boat Autos and motorcycle and could not have found a better service oriented agent. She is kind and very helpful taking the time and finding ways to save me money. No body came even close on my package and I have never been treated this well by a Agent before. I have recommended her to a couple of my friends who own Farms and she saved them over 30%. I would give her more stars if I could!

I am very happy having Terri Powell as my American Family Insurance agent. She is very professional and has guided me in covering my home, cars and life insurance needs. She is always available to answer my questions and give me detailed, thoughtful answers when I am confused about what is covered and what is not. For example, I called her this afternoon to ask about my coverage in the event there is damage to my roof from this storm in Eugene. Yep- I'm all good! Terri is smart, friendly, compassionate and ready to listen to my concerns as to my coverage. She conveys respect, intelligence and humor in all of our interactions. Want to share my amazing experience switching our home and auto insurance to Terri Powell@american family insurance. She was able to save us money.
We will save $40 a month on car and truck and just got a $319 check back from my old insurance talked to my escrow manager with my mortgage company and I have an overage in my escrow so our house payment goes down $80 a month with the new insurance rates.
