Extremely friendly and efficient. Staff went above and beyond to deal with my wonky insurance. Fabulous customer service!

Everything was fine and I enjoy my prescription lenses paid for by my insurance (@ 1-year ago) seriously, another provider couldn’t make these lenses after x2 attempts but sunset vision nailed-it first try.

Their prescription has an expiration of 1-year. Originally, I wrote a complaint/review and received a call and they graciously straightened it all out by extending their expiration date on my prescription to match my insurance @ 2-years. I really appreciate that kind of care!

(It’s tough out there in the healthcare/insurance world. It takes a lot of time and money simply coordinating/managing normal, healthy routine care and it’s costly to pay premiums and copays and coinsurance and pay for what isn’t covered out of pocket while trying to get the most out of it. It is refreshing when providers help their patients accomplish this. THANK YOU!)

The Manager of this location, Cesar is just fantastic. From his glasses fixing ability to customer service. I had my glasses sat on and they got totally morphed out of shape. I was so afraid they were broken or would break if moved back into place, but when I went in Cesar was able to help me for free. He bent them back into place for me at no charge. As a young adult who needs glasses 24/7 I would have been really screwed if they broke as I don't have $300+ for a new pair...

Dr. Lee has cared for my family for 7yrs. Each of us have unique circumstances. My daughter’s “lazy eyes” are no longer a hindrance to her everyday life thanks to his extensive knowledge and resources. I have all the issues that arise from a congenital cataract. It is rare to find an eye doctor who understands my vision problems. His approach to treatment got me back to reading my beloved books! My husband and oldest daughter both have astigmatisms and they greatly appreciated the lightweight lenses he switched them to. They are very thin. No more red noses! Of course my girls and I love the selection of designer frames! It amazes me that we get to have such gorgeous glasses at an incredibly low cost. Oh! AND we all get our appointments back to back! If you have a family or even unique vision problems, SunSet in Hillsboro is a great place to go! 💜

Thanks to Vanessa, I finally have the right pair of glasses! She was busy behind the counter but didn't ignore me when I came in. She was friendly and very helpful when I was trying on many different pairs of glasses. I'm also happy with the service received from Leo. He helped order lenses and called me when the frame was ready for pickup. I didn't need an exam because I had a prescription from another clinic but had a hard time finding the right frame at other places for various reasons.
