The technician was promptly ontime and took the time to review the treatments and the process of cleaning our carpet throughout the house. Also, I appreciated the scheduling process and follow up to ensure we were happy with the results. Our carpet looks and smells great. I highly recommend A+ Carpet Cleaning!

This is the third or fourth time I have had all of the carpets in my house cleaned by A plus carpet cleaning. They are always on time , efficient, responsive to my request to schedule service and professional. My carpets are cleaned to my satisfaction including removal of minor stains. There is no odor from the cleaning. Great service. I highly recommend.

I unfortunately wasn’t able to use their carpet cleaning services, but I wanted to leave a review for just how professional and wonderful it was communicating with them. I called to try to schedule to have them come clean my carpets and the very kind receptionist spent so much time trying to squeeze me in anywhere she could before we had to be moved out by. We had a short window of time to work with so it wasn’t by any means their fault, but I was so appreciative of how hard she worked to try to get us worked in. Even when she couldn’t, she took the time to find us a referral in the area. Feels rare to have these interactions nowadays and I really appreciated it!
