Thomas sold us a used 2017 Toyota 4runner PRO and his service was great. The dealership is clean and very well kept. A personable environment and made the car buying experience painless. They kept open 2 way dialogue and were upfront from the start which is a breath of fresh air. Our sales men Thomas was a great people person and I felt he did his very best advocate for the car buyer. He was upfront and addressed any issue or question I brought. I didn’t buy a vehicle from this dealership BUT I felt it was necessary to leave a review on the customer service I received. I was shopping around for a Rav4 over the last couple of weeks and Mileisy was great to work with during that process. As I mentioned before, I didn’t end up closing the deal here but Mileisy’s attention to detail and responsiveness has earned Royal Moore Toyota a spot in my list of top dealerships to potentially do business with in the future.
