Their prices are definitely the most competitive around too. If you need keys made and have a lock more sophisticated than a generic double cylinder don't bother with the hardware stores or key kiosk machines, they are completely useless.”

“This is my local Michael's store and I use the in store pickup and same day delivery option quite a lot. I will say that the staff is excellent. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the products sell put very quickly, so if you want something, check the in store pickup on the Michael's website first before traveling to the store only to be disappointed.”

“We have been loving Tualatin Valley Academy. Our 2 kids both started in the public school system. By the end of 1st grade, with our first child, we decided to transfer him to TVA. It was a great decision for us, as a Christian family. We saw it's benefits beyond just education, our son was happy and blossomed. The teachers are exceptional and go above and beyond (far beyond what they are paid for)...which became even more evident during Covid. Paying for private school is a challenge, no denying it, sometimes painful on the budget BUT...we have found it well worth the cost. We decided to transfer our daughter, after she completed 1st grade at public school, as well. Last year was her first year at TVA. Even with dealing with Covid and all it's hoops and limitations, it did not disappoint and she too loved being in the christian environment and flourished. We are now committed to christian education and will make whatever sacrifices we can to keep our kids here at TVA, our neighborhood christian school. We would encourage any family considering it to go have a talk with the school and try it out. Don't judge a book by its cover. 😉”

I saw some of the ones that were being framed and it was a cool and interesting way to take a look at how a house is made. Be careful though, this is surely not a place for just an average Joe! Charged me $11 and said it's unrepairable and the tire has to be replaced and gave me a quote for $550 for 2 front tires. Took it to Les Schwab and they fixed it just in 10 mins that too free of cost and told me that it was very much repairable. Loved the service here in the Hillsboro branch.”

“Ting (the one man band of Good News Auto) is an exceptional mechanic and a very conscientious human being. I can't actually fathom how he runs the entire business by himself, but this is clearly his passion. A very big deal: Ting voluntarily saves the old parts he replaces on your vehicle as standard ops and takes time to show you how and where they failed. This policy of customer education is one facet of the uncommon integrity he brings to every aspect of his business. He clearly enjoys helping people. Ting has won my customer loyalty in one single visit because of his honesty and strong communication skills. And whereas many other automotive shops will recommend / prescribe replacing parts and fixing things that have not yet become a priority, leaving the customer to either overpay prematurely or build an ambivalent feeling of mistrust, Ting is transparent and especially mindful in his approach to guiding repairs. If something isn't yet a priority to be replaced, he will put that fix on your radar but will also provide an honest assessment of how much life it has left. He clearly understands that most of us don't have a bottomless bankroll and need to prioritize the more crucial and immediate needs over the less time sensitive ones.
