Dr. Gardner at North Plains Medical Clinic

I absolutely love Dr Gardner. He takes the time to make sure that all of your needs are met. He actually listens to you instead of handing you a prescription and shoving you out the door. I have never found a more competent, compassionate or intelligent doctor in my life. You might have a little bit of a wait time but it's definitely worth it. The wait is because he is spending time with the patient before you. Be assured that the wait is worth it because he is going to spend adequate time with you also. If you're looking for a McDonald's drive-thru type doctor you might want to go somewhere else. If you want a doctor that truly has your best interest at heart then you have found him right here.

Dr. Gardner is a very nice and caring Dr.

My dad lives in North Plains and when his doctor retired he chose this doctor. I have to say I initially had no opinion either way of Dr. Gardner but my dad liked him and as a nurse he seemed very competent. As time has gone on I can say that this doctor has done more for my dad in the last 6 months than any other doctor has done in many years. I can imagine that the appointments are not on time because each person has very differently needs and issues. It’s gone from a time where most doctors have 15 to 20 minute time slots and then your time is up. The diagnosis is fast and the doctor has not looked past the bare minimum to get the appointment over in time. This is not the case at North Plains. He takes time with each patient and doesn’t rush through the appointment. I am happy waiting for someone like this to care for my dad.
