These volunteers are amazing!! They will help ya get some food in your home.
It is not their fault however but some of it is expired so make sure to check it before serving it to you family!!

I haven't been to a Church service here, but their community services are outstanding. I've accessed their food bank & their Thursday meals (I do not know if the Thursday meals once a month are still happening...and would love to know!). Anywho, the intake process is smooth and easy. After you've done their intake, you just show a card when you arrive & they give you a number that they'll call for your family. They typically have coffee and some snacks to enjoy while waiting for your number. They have Spanish language services. Their food bank is done "shopping style" so you choose what you want. You typically leave with an overwhelming amount of food: like 40-50lbs for a family of 2 (also note: they let you shop every other week...and that's fine because the amount of food they give you is enough to last that long for sure!). I'd say that this food bank's "theme" is meal stables vs. fresh fruit/veggies (they do have these but they're somewhat limited at times). The fresh baker's bread on the way out is a great treat. The only downside is you need to have access to a car in order to get the food home. I tried once trying to get this food on the bus, and it's just too hard. I'd also recommend bringing your own bags and/or boxes. They supply transport carts for shopping and unloading. They sometimes have helpers to load items in your car. For sure love here...came for food only person in parking lot yet 12 bags before me?people line up at night??am I grateful for food but discrimination taste bad in my mouth..special peoples..dont have to wait in line..thanks for reminding me you better than me...

Every Tuesday 9-noon and 4-7 awesome food . Anyone can go there you don't have to be from that area. You can shop.the pantry every other week that's twice a month. I say shop because you get to pick out what you need/want or don't need/want.The volunteers there are wonderful.

I have not had the opportunity to attend a church service here before, but what I hear from those who have enjoy it very much. I have done much with the food pantry that they put in next door. I do service there and love all the people I work with. They have a lot of food that they provide for those in need. Amazing things happen here.
