This place would be great for date night with drinks or just lunch with friends. Best sushi prices I have seen in Portland and the food is delicious. “The OT trainers keep it upbeat and fun. The music is motivating. It makes my workout competitive and pushes me harder than I can push myself working out alone. I love all of the different exercises and how it is different every workout. My husband and I do this together which makes it even more fun. It is great because you get the benefit of having a personal trainer without having to be in a one on one situation which for me is perfect. I don't think I have ever had this good of a full body workout in my life. Seeing my heartrate and splat points on the monitor is so motivating. Already seeing and feeling results!”
